Background

Theo is a registered industrial psychologist, with more than 30 years’ experience in the private, public and higher education sectors.  His fields of expertise include organizational development; change management; coaching and mentoring; talent management; leadership development; and assisting leaders in the effective design and translation of organizational strategy.

Experience

Theo held positions at various organisations as:

• Human Resources Generalist,

• Organizational Development Specialist,

• Talent and Leadership Development Manager,

• Head: Organizational Development, and

Qualifications 

Theo obtained his Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology in 1994 and also holds a Doctorate Degree in Leadership, Performance and Change from the University of Johannesburg.

Currently Theo is the owner and Director of Connect to Grow, and focusses of providing Organizational Development training as well as organizational development, leadership development and coaching services to clients across various sectors and countries.
