MASTERING ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT – FROM FOUNDATION TO ADVANCED PRACTICE

12-day course

The course consists of five interactive modules presented as on-line and in-person workshops distributed over a three-month period and has been developed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a confident, credible and capable organizational development practitioner.

The course puts theory into practice and will enable you to experience the organizational development process, while providing a thorough framework for the content covered in each stage of the process.

The workshops will equip you with key tools, techniques and resources to enable you to implement effective organizational development processes as soon as you return to your workplace.

This course is a process of self-discovery in which you will learn to identify your unique traits, strengths and weaknesses. To this end, we make use of questionnaires and supporting resources which you can use again within your own organization.

Module 3 provides you with the skills needed to be a successful Organizational Development practitioner:

In module 4 we continue to put theory into practice.  You will apply all you have learned to a case study in an organization of your choice.

  • You will be guided to plan your case study, where after you will implement it within a real work-setting.

In the final module you will make a presentation on your case study and share your learning and experiences. 

You will also experience more creative Organizational Development concepts, like music, art, religion and quantum theory, OD in a cultural context, and how these can be used to enhance your OD skills repertoire.

LEADING WITH A MENTORING MINDSET

2.5-day course

This course focuses on mastering self-leadership and provide you with the skills to lead others with a mentoring and inclusive mindset.

It is a two-and-a-half-day on-line workshop which will equip you with the necessary skills to effectively engage with your employees and developing yourself through a process of self-discovery, exploration and practical experiences.
