Five interactive modules, distributed over a three-month period to equip you with the skills and knowledge to be a confidant Organizational Development Practitioner.
To optimize cost and efficiency, the course is presented in a blended approach, including both on-line and in-person sessions.

Module 1
In Module 1, we explore the foundations of Organizational Development and change:

We continue to explore how behaviour influence organizational development processes, and how we can manage behaviour more effectively, and includes:

Module 2
In module 2 we explore the foundations of Organizational Development:

- Group and team dynamics

- Systems theory
- The learning organization

Module 3
Module 3 provides you with the skills needed to be a successful Organizational Development practitioner:

- Problem solving tools and consulting skills

Module 4
In module 4 we continue to put theory into practice. You will apply all you have learned to a case study in an organization of your choice.
- You will be guided to plan your case study, where after you will implement it within a real work-setting.
Module 5
In the final module you will make a presentation on your case study and share your learning and experiences.
You will also experience more creative Organizational Development concepts, like music, art, religion and quantum theory, OD in a cultural context, and how these can be used to enhance your OD skills repertoire.
